Gothic Classic is a role-playing masterpiece from THQ Nordic, now available on Nintendo Switch starting September 28, 2023. The game recreates the classic adventure in the kingdom of Myrtana, where players transform into The nameless hero conquers challenges to regain freedom and deeply influences the role-playing game genre.
War broke out across the kingdom of Myrtana when the Orcs invaded, forcing the king to demand large amounts of ore to forge weapons for his army. Anyone who breaks the law during this period of crisis will be exiled to the penal colony of Khorinis, where they mine extremely valuable ore.
The entire colony is surrounded by a magical barrier, forming a sphere two kilometers in size, separating the colony from the outside world.
