A Fascinating Horror Story
In the year 198X, Minato Jimba, a college student living far away from home, receives news that his grandmother, Kinu Miyama, is in critical condition. He returns to Ichinose, a village deep in the mountains where his mother was born. Minato has always had a grudge against his grandmother, who did not show up at the funeral of her own daughter – Minato’s mother.
Upon returning to his hometown, Minato recalls the only conversation he had with his grandmother, where she talked about silkworms that cannot fly, cannot eat, only leave eggs and die. On his journey back, he gradually discovers horrifying mysteries and unprecedented fears.
